What is the LOOPIPAK packaging?
The LoopiPak box or bag is upcycled and reusable. Made from 98% reused materials, they can be folded and allow us to send you your order with a smaller packaging footprint. In fact, using LoopiPak packaging has 100 times less impact on the environment than using a cardboard box!
What does this mean for me?
First of all, when you make your order, you pay a 5 € deposit which you will get back as soon as the LoopiPak package has been returned to the recycling circuit.
Secondly, you will receive your order in a box or bag that is easy to handle, clean, waterproof and more resistant to shocks. Once you have emptied it of the purchased products, either fold it up if it is a LoopiPak box, as shown inside the box and below; or return it as is, if it is a LoopiPak bag.
Ultimately, the environmental impact of your order is reduced by your conscious choice to request your products packaged in a LoopiPak.
How can I return the LOOPIPAK?
Where can I drop off LOOPIPAK packaging?
Thanks to the pre-addressed and pre-stamped label enclosed with your order (see illustration above), you can simply drop off the LoopiPak at any post office or post office point in Belgium. If the postman brings you a parcel, you can also take the opportunity to give him the LoopiPak directly!
When you have chosen Mondial Relay for the delivery of your order, the return label inside your parcel allows you to send it back by dropping it in the Mondial Relay point of your choice.
In addition, the use of the LoopiPak will soon be offered to our customers in other European countries. We are moving forward!
