L'ESCAILLE

La ferme de l'escaille produces in Temploux in the province of Namur, 60% of the wheat needed for the flour demand, the remaining 40% is selected according to the characteristics of the harvest.
All spelt is produced in Temploux.
For organic flours, priority is given to quality and proximity for gluten-free flours.
L'escaille now produces buckwheat and quinoa.
